Alex is the biggest legend and inspiration always pushing me and striving for better I seriously don't know how he put ups with me sometimes but has patient of a saint. His endless energy passion and enthusiasm is infectious!? Alex is so kind and caring, he'll know instantly if your neglecting to stretch (guilty) then nag to help you help yourself. He is incredibly knowledgable and his enthusiasm to keep learning really demonstrate his passion and dedication to give his clients the best treatment, specific to their needs. I am so grateful for his sports massages and the Emmett therapy is very clever, not to mention a lot less painful, at releasing muscles with the lightest touch of the finger tips. Alex will go out of his way to help his clients, he is understanding of health conditions and will work around limitations. Alex has been a fantastic support to me both before and after my shoulder surgery. He has helped me to understand my injury and the limitations. Since the surgery he has taught me how to adapt my workouts to aid my recovery and given me a range of exercises to keep the workouts interesting. He always makes sure that you feel comfortable and relaxed. Alex is very knowledgable, patient and funny to work with. I would highly recommend him.

Training 6 days a week for triathlon, I find myself picking up my fair share of muscle problems particularly my hamstrings and calfs. I see Alex once a month for massage to address these issues. Alex is extremely knowledgable in his field, and has helped me a huge amount already. With an important season ahead of me, seeing Alex for massage will be equally as important as my training. After working with Alex for the past 12 months I wouldn't go anywhere else for sports massage.

I have seen Alex as a personal trainer for over a year. I am not that keen on exercise but Alex is great at motivation and ensuring what you do is targeted to what you need. His passion for getting you fit is second to none and I recommend him without reservation to both patients and friends.
